Renovation projects are typically broken out into two phases: planning and implementation. The timing for each phase depends on many factors including the size and scope of your project, sourcing contractors and trades, and aligning overall schedules. The length of a full project can take anywhere from two months to two years.

Designers are not only skilled in aesthetics, but also have deep expertise in space planning, material selection, project management, budgeting, and collaboration with trades and other design industry vendors. Designers often have access to materials, suppliers, and fabricators not available to the general public. By working with a designer, you can have peace of mind that your project will stay on schedule, on budget, and come together with a cohesive style and design.
